When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, destination country, and what you tell us about the products you need.

We use these details to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and fulfil your order. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires.
